What will you pay, and how long will your order take in Kuwait?
Items held in Ounass's Kuwait warehouse arrive within two hours, the same day or the next day, with no fee once the total passes KWD 40. Below that, fees run from KWD 2 to KWD 4.

Some pieces may ship from Ounass's UAE warehouse, arriving in 1 to 3 working days for KWD 2; that fee is not charged on extra parcels if your order splits below KWD 40. Orders are delivered inside Kuwait only, and timings are estimates that can slip during campaigns, sales and public holidays.

KNET, Taly and Deema: paying at Ounass Kuwait
Ounass Kuwait accepts KNET, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, PayPal and store credit, with instalments through Taly and Deema. It does not accept cash on delivery or cheques, and PayPal charges in US dollars, which can add a conversion fee.
Taly covers purchases from KWD 10 to KWD 2,000 and Deema from KWD 10 to KWD 1,000, under each provider's terms and your eligibility. The Kuwait homepage promotes buy now, pay later with Taly, and any refund on an instalment order goes back through the same provider.
Returns and refunds from Kuwait
Ounass offers free returns for 30 days after delivery, but it does not accept beauty products, including skincare, fragrance, makeup and haircare, unless they were damaged in shipping and kept their original packaging. That makes shade and product choice important before buying.
- Returns are arranged by calling +965 22252181 or through My Orders, and items located outside Kuwait cannot be collected.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging with tags, along with the order confirmation.
- The Kuwait site does not currently offer size exchanges, so you return the piece and order a replacement.
After inspection the item value returns without the original delivery fee, with cards refunded through your bank in 5 to 14 working days. Taly and Deema orders are refunded through them, and store credit is valid for 24 months.
Why isn't my Ounass discount code working?
The most common reason is that an Ounass promo code works only once, cannot be combined with any other offer or sale, and only one code applies per order. Fine jewellery and selected brands are excluded, so check the expiry and terms and make sure the item is not already marked down.
Ounass gives 10% off a first order through the app after you log in or create an account, on full-price items with the same exclusions. A gift with purchase has a minimum spend, ends when stock runs out and goes back with a returned item.
What does Ounass sell?
The site lists more than 600 luxury labels per its About Us page, including NASS, Saint Laurent, Bottega Veneta, Valentino Garavani and Dolce & Gabbana. Sections include fashion, shoes, bags, jewellery, accessories, gifts and home, and beauty brings fragrance, skincare, haircare, makeup and body care from Charlotte Tilbury, Kiehl's, Kérastase and TOM FORD BEAUTY. Gift cards are emailed as soon as payment is confirmed.
Customer care and tracking
Reach Ounass customer care in Kuwait on +965 22252181, or through WhatsApp and email on the Contact Us page, where email replies are promised within 12 hours. An SMS with your tracking number follows confirmation, and you can follow the parcel from My Orders, or Track Order as a guest. Ounass has no physical store, so shopping is online or in the app.

- Keep your total above KWD 40 to avoid shipping fees.
- If an item you bought goes on sale within 5 days, ask customer care for the difference; size and colour must match.
