This page explains how to delete your account in the Rajli (رجعلي) app, and what happens to your data afterwards.
Delete your account in the Rajli app
- Open the Rajli app and sign in.
- Go to Profile, then Edit my Profile.
- Tap Delete Account, then Yes, Delete.
Request deletion without the app
If you cannot access the app, email info@rajli.app from the email on your account, or include your registered mobile number, or send the request with the form on this page. We complete the deletion within 30 days.
What is deleted
Your name, email, mobile number, password, Google or Apple sign-in link and notification tokens.
What we keep, without anything that identifies you
Cashback and gift card transaction records, for accounting and fraud prevention.
You can also ask for a copy of your data, or for specific data to be deleted without deleting your account, by emailing the same address. Full details are in the privacy policy.
