If you are in Kuwait and looking for designer pieces, FWRD opens up a wide catalogue of fashion, shoes, bags, jewellery, beauty and homeware, lets you display prices in Kuwaiti dinars and charges the card in dollars. The current offers and coupons, with their dates, are at the top of the page, and this guide covers what helps before you buy: customs and tracking, and the return policy with its cost to the shopper.

Do FWRD orders reach Kuwait?
Yes. Kuwait appears in the official site's list of destination countries, and the Kuwaiti dinar is among the currencies offered for display. The shipping page says delivery goes through a local carrier the store works with, and includes tracking that reaches you after the order is confirmed.
FWRD coupons and current offers in Kuwait
At the top of this page you will find every offer running at FWRD for Kuwait, with its start date, end date and what it requires. Start there, then come back here to understand how the store works.
FWRD usually publishes its offers in a top banner across its pages, and if an offer is tied to a code, the code is written there and pasted into the code field before you confirm payment. The site also has a sale section whose sizes can be filtered, and a loyalty program that sometimes advertises triple points on some designers. As for gift certificates, the payment page says they never expire and can be combined with offers. Check each offer's eligible items and minimum purchase before relying on the displayed price.
Paying from Kuwait: dinars on screen, dollars on the bill
You can view prices in Kuwaiti dinars, yet the official payment page says the charge is made in US dollars and recommends asking your bank about the exchange rate. The gateway takes Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and JCB, or PayPal.
The page warns that cards from local banks without those logos will not pass through its processing system, and suggests PayPal in that case. It does not mention KNET, cash on delivery or instalments, so do not rely on them until you see them at the payment step.
Customs and tracking in Kuwait
The official page states that international parcels may attract customs duties and taxes, and that the limits for exempt parcels are set by local customs bodies, so it makes sense to read the Kuwait General Administration of Customs website. The international orders section adds that these charges are settled at checkout and are not refunded.
After you buy, the tracking link sits in your confirmation email. If you order late in the week or on a holiday, the carrier takes it up on the first working day afterwards.
Return policy and who pays in Kuwait
The return window is 30 days from receipt for a full refund, provided the piece is unworn with its tags attached. FWRD applies a seasonal policy for 2026, between 1 November and 25 December, accepting returns after the 30 days as long as they reach it before 10 January.
The key difference for anyone ordering to Kuwait is that the official page rules out a prepaid return label on international returns and exchanges, and also rules out a refund of return shipping. The free returns it announces apply to the UAE only. We found nothing proving that Skynet collection covers Kuwait, so write to support to learn the method before you ship a piece back. A return is usually completed 7 to 10 business days after arrival.
What to buy: clothing, shoes and bags
The women's menus include denim, trousers, skirts, jackets, coats, matching sets, swimwear and loungewear, while shoes run through heels, boots, ballet flats, loafers and sneakers. Under bags you will find clutches, totes, crossbody styles, mini bags, luggage and wallets.
For men, kids and the home
Men's shows shirts, polos, suits, denim and sportswear for golf, tennis, running and skiing, plus shoes, belts, hats and eyewear. Kids has its own shop linked from the main page. The home department covers bedding, towels, candles, room fragrance, decor, tableware and kitchen items.

Before you buy: language, sizing and support

For sizing, use the product page and ask support through service@fwrd.com or live chat. Support runs 24 hours from Monday to Friday, and from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM Pacific time on Saturday and Sunday.
