How do I use an Athleta discount code in Kuwait?
Copy the code from the top of this page after reading its conditions, then add what you want from athleta.com.kw to the bag. On the checkout page paste the code into the discount code box and press apply, and check that the total went down before you confirm the order.
Offers change with each campaign, and the final amount on the checkout page is the one you are charged.
Is the Athleta Kuwait website official?
Yes, it is the brand's local site for Kuwait, and it identifies itself as the “Kuwait Official Store”. The brand's official redirect page explains that athleta.com does not ship outside the United States and that local sites are run by franchisees whose terms and delivery areas differ.
That is why you should read the policies of the Kuwaiti site itself before you buy, because they are the ones that apply to your order.
Athleta categories: from tights to Athleta Girl
The main menu is split into tights and leggings, tops (tanks, short sleeve, long sleeve and sweatshirts), bottoms (shorts and skorts, pants, joggers), dresses, jackets (hoodies and fleece, vests, casual jackets), a linen section, and accessories such as bags, wallets, hair accessories and socks. There are also new arrivals and sale sections.
The store is not only for women. Athleta Girl is a section for girls with tops, bottoms, bras, sweatshirts, jackets and swimwear.
Sports bras and swimwear
The site splits sports bras into A to C sizes and D to DD and larger sizes. Swim covers bikini tops, one-piece swimsuits, swim bottoms and tankinis. Keep in mind that these are among the categories the store does not accept back, as explained in the returns section below, so confirm your size before paying.
Sizing: Regular, Petite and Tall
The official size guide covers Regular sizes from XXS to 3X, Petite sizes from XXS P to L P, and Tall sizes from XS T to XL T. Measurements are in inches, so a size S (4 to 6) corresponds to a bust of 34.5 to 35.5 inches, a waist of 27.25 to 28.25 inches and hips of 37 to 38 inches.
The page suggests Petite for shoppers whose sleeves run too long and whose shoulders feel baggy.
Does Athleta deliver inside Kuwait and how long does it take?
Yes, the site delivers inside Kuwait, and standard shipping is within 48 hours. It costs 1.500 KD on orders under 25 KD and becomes free from 25 KD, according to the official shipping page. An order can arrive in more than one parcel depending on where items are fulfilled.
Paying at Athleta Kuwait: Visa, MasterCard and Taly
The official payment page accepts Visa and MasterCard with no additional fee on card orders. It also offers Taly to split purchases into 4 monthly interest-free payments: you choose Taly at checkout, enter your details and card, pay the first instalment, and get text reminders before the next ones. The page does not mention KNET or cash on delivery.
Athleta stores in Kuwait and store pickup
The official store locator lists three stores: The Avenues, Al Khiran Mall and 360 Mall. Listed opening hours are Sunday to Wednesday from 10 AM to 10 PM, and Thursday to Saturday from 10 AM to 11 PM.
Click & Collect is free: choose the store at checkout, the order is usually ready within 48 hours, and you get an email and a WhatsApp message. You have 7 days to collect, after which the order is cancelled and the money returns to the original payment method within 14 business days.
Athleta returns and exchanges: what is excluded?
You have 15 days from delivery or pickup within Kuwait to change your mind, as long as the item is unworn and in its original condition. The official page says the store does not accept returns or exchanges of underwear, bras, bikinis and swimwear, citing the “intimate nature of our products” and health and safety laws.
The refund goes back to your card or bank account with no restocking fee. The delivery fee is not refunded and the money can take up to 14 days to arrive. A doorstep pickup costs KD 1.5 for a return and KD 3 for an exchange, or you can take the item to the nearest store with a copy of your order confirmation.
Why does Athleta Kuwait not accept my discount code?
- Copy the code again and make sure there is no space at the start or end.
- Read the offer conditions shown with it, as they may set a minimum or exclude some items.
- Check the bag and remove any item the offer does not cover to test the code.
- Call +965 1820012 or write to help@cs.alyasra.com if it is still refused.
