You get an email when the refund is processed. Most are handled on the day the item arrives, and it can take up to 14 days to show in your account.
Shoe and boot sizing: how to measure
Read the size chart on the site before ordering: US 6 matches EU 36, UK 3.5 and a 23 cm foot, while US 9 matches EU 40, UK 6.5 and 25.5 cm.
For boots the guide defines shaft height: ankle from 3 to 8 inches, mid-calf from 8 to 13.5, knee-high from 13.5 to 17 and over-the-knee above 17 inches. Standard calf circumference is under 16 inches, and anything above that counts as an extended wide calf.
Discount code not working? Try these steps
First copy the code from the coupon instead of typing it, and make sure there is no space at the end.
- Check the offer's start date and conditions under the coupon.
- Make sure every item in the basket is covered by the offer.
- Reload the browser or open the site again from the offer button.
If that does not help, write to customer service with a screenshot of the message you see.
