Where are the Mejuri Kuwait codes and offers?
Running codes and offers sit at the head of this store page, each with its conditions and start date underneath. The official site also keeps a separate sale collection whose pieces change with stock, so compare the sale price of a piece with its price after the code before you pay.
How do you use a Mejuri coupon in Kuwait?
Open the official site from the offer button on Rajli, then follow these steps.
- Choose the piece, the metal and the size, and add it to the basket.
- Open the basket and make sure prices are in Kuwaiti dinars.
- Paste the code into the discount box and press apply.
- Check that the discount shows in the total, then complete the payment.
What does Mejuri sell? Rings, necklaces, earrings and bracelets
Mejuri sells jewellery for women and men, organised on the site into earrings, rings, necklaces and bracelets, plus charms, pendants, ready-made bundles and jewellery boxes.
- Earrings: hoops, studs, drops and ear cuffs.
- Rings: stackable rings, signet rings, diamond rings, men's rings and wedding bands.
- Necklaces: chains, pendants, charm-compatible necklaces and men's necklaces.
- Bracelets: chains, cuffs and bangles, and tennis bracelets.
For pieces under KWD 100 the site has separate sections for earrings, rings, necklaces and bracelets, which helps when a gift has a fixed budget.
Is Mejuri jewellery real gold?
Mejuri combines 14k gold, 925 sterling silver and 18k gold vermeil, and the metal is printed under each piece's name on its product page, so read it before you buy.
The official materials page explains that vermeil is a layer of 18k gold, 2.5 microns thick, over sterling silver, and that 925 silver contains 92.5% pure silver. It also separates natural diamonds from lab-grown ones, and says its lab-grown diamonds carry a VS clarity grade and an FG colour grade.
Does Mejuri offer a warranty on its jewellery?
Yes. Mejuri gives a two-year warranty from the date you receive the order against defects that come from workmanship. It does not cover lost items, normal wear such as scratches and fading, damage from poor care such as chemicals and water, or changes made by a third party.
To make a claim, call or write to customer service. If the claim is accepted, you send the piece in for review, then receive an identical replacement if it is in stock, or store credit equal to the original price if it is not.
Shipping and delivery fees in Kuwait
Standard shipping costs KWD 1.500 on orders up to KWD 49.99 and is free from KWD 50. The delivery estimate is shown at checkout, so rely on what it displays there. An order may also arrive in more than one shipment depending on where the pieces are prepared.
Returns and exchanges: a 48-hour window only
The return window at Mejuri Kuwait is 48 hours, counted from the day the shipment is delivered or collected in store, so do not delay your decision. The policy requires the piece to come back in its original condition with no sign of wear or damage, a set to be returned complete, and the return to be made inside Kuwait.
- Engraved or monogrammed pieces cannot be returned.
- Earrings that were used during a piercing appointment cannot be returned.
- Shipping fees are not refunded, and any return fee is deducted from the refund.
A pickup from your door costs KWD 1.5 for a return and KWD 3 for an exchange. In store, bring the confirmation email, the order card or a gift receipt, with the original packaging and the SCS certificate for lab-grown diamond pieces. The money can take up to 14 days to reach your account once processed.
Store pickup and Mejuri stores in Kuwait
The brand has two stores in Kuwait according to the official store page: Assima Mall in Al-Murqab on Al-Shuhada Street, and The Avenues Mall on the 5th Ring Road in Al Rai, Farwaniya.
Store pickup is free. Choose it at checkout and pick the store, and the order is usually ready within 48 hours depending on stock, with a notice by email and WhatsApp. You have 7 days to collect it, otherwise it is cancelled and the money goes back to the original payment method within 14 business days. The Assima Mall store opens from 10 AM to 10 PM Monday to Wednesday and on Saturday and Sunday, and until 11 PM on Thursday and Friday, and the page notes that hours may change.
Gifts with engraving, birthstones and letters
For gifts the site offers engravable pieces, a birthstone and zodiac section, a letter shop, and wedding party gifting alongside wedding bands. Remember that engraved pieces cannot be returned, so check the letters and the size before you confirm the order.
Why is my discount code not working?
Three causes are common: a stray space or a wrong letter in the code, an item in the basket that the offer does not cover, or an order placed before the offer's start date. Copy the code from the coupon instead of typing it and read the conditions under it.
If it is still refused, call +965 1820012 or write to help@cs.alyasra.com with a screenshot of the error.
