KICKS CREW is an online store for sneakers and streetwear that ships to Kuwait, with prices shown to Kuwaiti shoppers in Kuwaiti dinars to three decimal places. The Kuwait version of the site is in Arabic, delivery is estimated at 4 to 6 business days after dispatch, and before that each pair goes through 7 to 10 business days of processing and inspection. This page covers how to write your address, what you may pay on arrival and how a refund reaches you.

KICKS CREW in Kuwait: currency, language and catalogue
The Kuwait storefront opens in Arabic and shows every price in dinars automatically, because the currency follows the country you ship to. The catalogue covers sneakers, hoodies, slides and pants from labels such as Nike, Jordan, adidas, New Balance, ASICS, UGG and Onitsuka Tiger, plus sections for the latest drops and the best-selling items.
Prices carry three decimals, so watch the decimal point when comparing models. The price of one model changes with the seller, size, stock and exchange rates, and the listed figure leaves out import charges.
How should you write your address in Kuwait so the order is accepted?
The store does not deliver to PO boxes, parcel lockers or any box-style address, and it requires a real residential or business address. So enter the area, block, street, avenue if there is one, then the house or building number, and add a mobile number the courier can call. The store is not responsible for delays or costs caused by incomplete or wrong details.
Once the order is placed or the item has shipped, the delivery address cannot be changed. If dispatch has not happened yet, support may still offer alternatives, so write quickly with your order number and item SKU. Orders with unsupported addresses can be cancelled or fail at delivery.
Delivery time to Kuwait and order tracking
The wait splits into 7 to 10 business days of processing followed by an estimated 4 to 6 business days of delivery. The terms describe delivery dates as estimates rather than commitments, and customs checks or courier congestion can stretch them. The store has no expedited shipping option, so extra payment will not shorten the wait.
To track an order, sign in and open Orders, or use the tracking link in the confirmation email. Items ship separately, each with its own tracking number, and receiving one item does not mean the whole order is complete.
Customs charges when the parcel reaches Kuwait
Displayed prices exclude import charges, because most orders ship on a duty-unpaid basis. Customs in Kuwait decides the amount of any charge, and the courier tells you how to pay it at delivery or during clearance. The store cannot predict the figure.
If your order splits into several shipments, charges can be assessed per shipment. The store does not refund what you pay to government bodies, and its shipping page suggests asking the relevant local authority before ordering if you are unsure. If delivery fails because you refused the parcel or did not pay the charges, return costs can be deducted from any refund.
Order limits: item count and repeated sizes
The store allows up to 25 items in one order, and it does not allow several pairs of the same shoe in the same size within one order. Putting an item in the bag or reaching checkout does not reserve stock, since the hold begins after payment and order confirmation, and a pair may sell out before that. You can buy as a guest without an account, although an account is handier for following orders and reaching the Coupon Wallet.
Payment, instalments and gift cards
The store's terms list cards such as Visa, Mastercard and American Express, wallets including Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal, and instalment services that include Tabby and Tamara, with a note that options change by location, so the payment page is the reference. Your card issuer might add a currency conversion fee.
Gift cards and store credit follow their own rules: they work only for the account they were issued to, do not expire, cover the order total including shipping, leave any difference as balance for later purchases, and cannot be turned into cash. When an order paid with a gift card is refunded, the money goes first back to that card up to the amount used.
Refunds and when the money arrives
After the returned item is received, inspected and approved, the store sends a refund confirmation email, and the credit then takes 3 to 5 business days to reach the original payment method, depending on your bank. International orders can choose store credit or a refund to the original payment method. A 15% restocking fee is deducted on returns and the original shipping fee is not refunded. Each item is handled separately, so one refund can arrive before another.
Is there a KICKS CREW discount code for Kuwait?
No fixed discount rate is announced on the site. The help center points to promotional codes that arrive by email, influencer campaigns and social media, and to codes that may show up in the Coupon Wallet inside the account. A code does not apply to shipping or taxes, and only one can be used per order. The KICKS CREW Kuwait offer page on Rajli shows what the store is announcing right now.
