ASOS is an online fashion retailer that delivers to Kuwait, with women's and men's clothing, shoes, accessories and face and body products. What sets shopping from Kuwait apart is that the currency selector offers British pounds or US dollars, and that returns go through the local Post Office. Which currency do you pay in from Kuwait?
With Kuwait selected in the country and currency selector, only British pounds and US dollars appeared in November 2026, and the Kuwaiti dinar was not among the options. Your order total will therefore be calculated in one of those two currencies, and your bank may convert it to dinars at its own rate or add a conversion fee. Work out what you will pay in dinars before confirming, and remember that gift vouchers only work in the currency and browsing country they were bought in.
ASOS also says the currencies offered depend on the country you browse from, and that in some countries only one is available. Check the selected currency before you add anything to your basket.
Does ASOS deliver to Kuwait, and how long does it take?
Yes, Kuwait is on ASOS's official country list and has its own delivery page and returns page. In November 2026 the delivery page estimated standard delivery at about 9 days and express at about 6 days, provided you order before the cut-off times shown at checkout. The page does not publish delivery fees, which appear in your basket together with the methods available for your address.
The Kuwait page does not say who pays VAT on entry, as the pages for some other countries do, so we make no promise on that point. ASOS says in general that any customs charges or taxes on a parcel are paid by the person receiving it, and that it cannot pay or refund them for you.
How do you return an order from Kuwait?
Returning from Kuwait works differently from other places, because it goes through the local Post Office. The return label is attached to the returns note inside your parcel, you hand the parcel in at the Post Office, and you pay the postage yourself because it is not pre-paid. If you lose the note, the page lets you download a Returns.pdf to get a new one. Keep proof of postage, since the item stays your responsibility until it reaches ASOS.
You have 28 days from receiving your order, and ASOS aims to refund the original payment method within 14 days of the return arriving, while the Kuwait page says processing takes up to 21 working days. There are no exchanges, so order the new size as a separate order. Items must come back unworn with their tags attached.
Return steps from Kuwait
- Open the returns note inside the parcel and check your name and order number.
- Put the unworn items back in their packaging with tags attached, and shoes in their original box.
- Attach the return label and hand the parcel in at your local Post Office.
- Pay the postage and keep proof of postage until the return arrives.
- Wait for processing, which the page puts at 21 working days, then check your account.
How to use an ASOS code in Kuwait
Rajli lists the current ASOS codes at the top of this page, and each code's page explains its conditions. ASOS states that every code has its own terms, that some apply only to certain items or to purchases from certain countries, and that most carry an expiry date. That matters especially in Kuwait, so read the code's terms before paying to be sure it works for your address.
Enter the code exactly as written, with no spaces, in the promo code box, press Apply Code, and check that the order total has changed. Only one code is accepted per order, a code cannot be added after the order is placed, and it does not apply to delivery charges or ASOS Brand Partner items.
Tracking and contacting support
Your order may be split into several parcels, each with its own tracking link, and they may arrive on different days. You follow orders and returns from your ASOS account, and the help pages offer a live chat with support. We found no official phone number for Kuwait, so none is published here.
Is there ASOS Premier in Kuwait?
ASOS's delivery services page lists the Premier subscription for specific countries, and Kuwait was not among them when we checked. Do not assume you have free delivery through a subscription, and review the options and fees shown in your basket before paying.
Sections and brands to shop
The store has Women and Men sections with New in, Clothing, Dresses, Shoes, Accessories, Face + Body and Activewear. Its own labels include ASOS DESIGN, ARRANGE and Topshop, alongside hundreds of partner brands, according to the company's website. Special fits have their own sections, such as Curve & Plus Size, Petite, Tall and Maternity, and there is a Modest fashion section. For men there are Topman, jeans, suits and loungewear.
What the product tags on ASOS mean
The Selling Fast tag appears on the 5,000 best-selling products from the previous day in your store, refreshed around 10 pm UK time. Low in Stock means 10 or fewer units are left in the chosen size and colour, while Last One Left means you have reserved the final item. These tags help you decide when to buy, but they do not signal a price cut.
Gift vouchers and birthday discounts
ASOS sells gift vouchers that can only be used in the currency and browsing country they were bought in. It also sends a birthday discount code to customers who ordered in the last 12 months and opted in to marketing emails, provided their date of birth is on the account at least 24 hours beforehand. ASOS prepares the code 16 days in advance, and it cannot be changed afterwards.
Before you pay from Kuwait
- Check that the country selector says Kuwait and that the currency is the one you want.
- Read the code's terms on its page before copying it, and use one code only.
- Remember that returns from Kuwait are at your expense through the Post Office, and price the postage in.
- Check the size guide and customer reviews, because exchanges are not available.
