- Copy the code from the Kuwait offer card on the store page at Rajli.
- Open allbirds.com.kw and, if you like, choose Arabic from the language button at the top.
- Add the shoe to your basket after choosing size and colour.
- At checkout, enter the code in the discount box and let the order summary update.
- Review the amount in Kuwaiti dinars, then complete the purchase if the discount appears.
Points to Review in Your Basket Before Paying in Dinars
- That the discount appears in the summary. If not, try removing the code and pasting it again without spaces.
- That your chosen item is covered, since the list of excluded products is not announced.
- How the Special Prices and Sale sections affect the total, as we do not know whether the coupon stacks with them.
- The KD 1.500 fee charged on orders below KD 30.
Delivery in Kuwait: Processed in a Day, Shipped in One to Two
The Kuwait shipping page announces short delivery times. Orders are processed within zero to one working day and are not prepared on public holidays, then standard shipping arrives within one to two working days:
| Order value | Delivery fee |
|---|
| KD 0 to 29.99 | KD 1.500 |
| KD 30 or more | Free |
The banner at the top of the site announces free delivery above KD 30. Parts of an order may arrive separately.
Returns Within 15 Days and Doorstep Collection
- Window: 15 days from delivery or pick-up within Kuwait.
- Condition: never worn, in arrival state, packed with its box, instructions, guarantee cards and any extras.
- Route: the nearest store with a printed order confirmation, or collection from your home after contacting the store.
- Doorstep fees: KD 1.5 for a return and KD 3 for an exchange (KD 1.5 to collect plus KD 1.5 to deliver the replacement).
The general text on product pages mentions 14 days, while the Kuwait policy states 15, so go by the policy page.
Refunds to Your Bank Card
Card payers get the full price of returned items back in their bank account, while the delivery fee stays with the store. Allbirds says it handles most returns the day they arrive, and the money can take as long as 14 days to appear because of bank delays.
Taly Instalments Instead of Tabby
Product pages on the Kuwait site show the Taly tool for splitting the price into four payments, and the tool describes the service as interest-free and Shariah-compliant. The official pages carry no written list of other payment methods or confirmation of cash on delivery, so go by the options on the payment page.
Everyday Men's Shoes: Dasher, Cruiser and Varsity
The best-seller list includes the Dasher NZ, Tree Gliders, Runner NZ, Cruiser, Varsity and Tree Dasher Relay. Laceless options include the Cruiser Slip On and Runner NZ Slip On, and the Canvas Cruiser is made of hemp and organic cotton. In the active section you will find the Tree Dasher and the Trail Runners, which the store builds with a durable outsole for rough trails.
Women's Shoes, Flats and Slides
The women's menu starts with flats, including the Tree Breezer and the Breezer Point, then the Tree Dasher 2 for everyday activity. The catalogue also lists a Wool Runner NZ line. Slide, Flip Flop and Wool Slipper options cover home and warm weather.
Apparel, Socks and Insoles
The Kuwait site has a section called Apparel, but it currently holds only a few items, chiefly the Anytime No Show Heel Grip socks, so do not expect a wide fashion range. Accessories include ankle, crew and no-show socks, Featherbed insoles, lace kits and a recycled shoe bag.
Avenues and Assima Mall Branches
The Kuwait store page lists two branches, both open every day from 10 am to 11 pm:
| Branch | Details |
|---|
| Avenues | Phase 4, ground floor |
| Assima Mall | Position inside the mall not stated on the page |
A visit helps with trying a size or handing in a return.
Sizing and Customer Service
The product page says the shoes suit any gender, so someone in a men's 7 to 7.5 can try a women's 8 to 8.5 instead. Tree Dasher shoes come in half sizes, and the store advises people with wide feet to go up half a size. For support, email help@cs.alyasra.com or fill in the Contact Us form on the site.
